Waris is the proud owner of Color World Painting, leveraging his extensive background in home service businesses to deliver exceptional service and quality in the painting industry. As a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Accounting and Finance, Waris brings a keen analytical approach to managing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In addition to leading his painting company, Waris serves as an M&A consultant, through his Waris Advisory and Capital company, for Authority Brands, a premier home service franchisor and parent company of the Color World Painting franchise. This role allows him to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, further enhancing the services offered by his company.

Outside of work, Waris cherishes the time spent with his family. He’s a passionate soccer fan (Liverpool FC!) and enjoys watching matches whenever he can. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on building lasting relationships, Waris is dedicated to transforming homes and exceeding customer expectations.

Vayden provides a wealth of experience and expertise in the painting industry. Prior to this role, he served as Market Manager for Sherwin-Williams, where he excelled in customer service and management, earning accolades such as New Account Leader in 2021 and Top-Rated Customer Service.

Vayden holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Muskingum University, which has given him a unique perspective on the importance of storytelling in every project. With an in-depth knowledge of paint and coatings, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that meet client needs.

An avid sports fan, Vayden passionately supports the Columbus Crew and the Atlanta Braves. He enjoys traveling across the U.S. and Mexico with his wife, Abigail, creating cherished memories together. Vayden’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives the success of Color World Painting as he leads a talented team in transforming spaces and exceeding expectations.

Leah Williams grew up in the scenic landscapes of Colorado and later lived in Atlanta before bringing her expertise to Color World Painting. With a background at Sherwin-Williams, Leah has a deep understanding of the painting industry, where she thrived by helping customers select the best products for their projects. As our current Operations Manager, Leah is integral to our team, overseeing all administrative aspects of operations to ensure seamless project flow and exceptional client service.

Outside of work, Leah is dedicated to her studies as she pursues a nursing degree. You can often find her at the local library, balancing her passion for learning with her commitment to family life. She cherishes quality time with her kids and pets, making the most of every moment both at home and at work. Leah’s blend of industry expertise, organizational skill, and drive make her a key part of Color World Painting’s success.

With over ten years of experience in the painting industry, Christian has spent the past year as the Head Painter at Color World Painting. He specializes in and has perfected mineral wash painting. His expertise in this unique technique allows him to create stunning, textured finishes that transform spaces into works of art.

Christian’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality have made him a trusted leader within the team. He works closely with clients to ensure their visions come to life, all while maintaining a focus on craftsmanship and satisfaction.

Outside of painting, Christian enjoys working on cars, diving into the latest video games, and listening to alternative rock. He shares his home with two beloved cats, Venti and Kobe, who keep him company during his creative endeavors.
